It's Monday...Again!

Here's a debatable question that I have been dying to ask you guys!

What do you think about having women priests? Do you think it's morally correct or not? People say priests are supposed to be in the image of Jesus, what do you think?

Tell me what you guys think! I was supposed to tell you guys what comment was the best but all comments were really good! I couldn't decide what comment to feature so I figured you guys should just check out last week's posts!

Just to let you guys know I am definately Pro-Life and if you want to convince me otherwise, you can try but it's not gonna work!

i think that women have just as much right to be preists. if jesus is all about loving all people, than why should some be given more rights than others? it is extreamly sexist to only let men be preists.

I agree that women should be allowed to be priests. We are all put on God's Earth to be equal, and that means that both women and men should be allowed to choose the professions they want. Also, Jesus wouldn't have exhisted if a woman hadn't given birth to him in the first place!

I definately think woman have every right men do. If men can be priests woman should too. That is not evan a question in my mind.

Of course women should be able tp be priests! God thinks we all deserve to be equal citizens, men and women. A woman can be as spititually active as a man and believe in God all the same.

I don't think anyone would disagree.

What makes men different from women? They have different hormonal levels and different body parts. Does that make them somehow better than women? Are there chores that priests do that women are not capable of? Of course not. It is sexist and very "middle ages" to think that women cannot do ANYTHING that men can do.
ANY person can do ANY thing that they set their mind to. It has nothing to do with gender. It has to do with your willpower and determination.

Zoe what do you think?

Okay whoever you are, Anonymous! If you would actually read the posts you would know I'm not sharing my opinion on the current question until the week after like I did for last week! If you want to comment so much why don't u just sign in for pete's sake!!!(yes i said pete's sake because I believe say for God's sake is using his name in vain which is one of the ten commandments: Never use God's name in vain! I'm sorry if your name is Pete, this is pure coincidence!)

Pardon, but doesn't one of the ten commandments also state that you shall worship no other gods other than the LORD himself? May I ask why Christians find it permissable to worship Jesus, because isn't this going against what one of the commandments clearly states? Why isn't this blog called: Why I love G-D!
I don't mean any disrespect, but it's a question that I seriously want to know the answer to.

And may i suggest my own debateable question for next monday? Perhaps you could ask our views on whether we believe creationism, or evolutionism? I believe it would be a good topic!
p.s. I thought you said in the beginning that we were allowed to post anonymously? Isn't it nice to hear what everyone has to say, whether or not they want to set up an account or not?

Becca, I'll first adress what you addressed first. When we go to church, we make the sign of the cross! As we do this, we say In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen. WHat this is signifying is that God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are a trinity. As you must know that means 3. They are together because they are one! God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are all the same things. We worship Jesus because he is God! The blog's name is Why I love Jesus because I want people to know why I love Jesus! Jesus is the same as God! He is the same spirit!

Thanks for your suggestion for a debateable question. It might just be next week's question!

Lastly, I said people were allowed to post anonymously and I want to know what those people have to say but if they really want to know what I believe they should acknoledge who they are! It scares me a little to share what I believe with a total stranger! It just makes me feel a lot more comfortable about sharing my Love of Jesus with other people!

I'm sorry. I'm a little confused. I thought that Jesus was G-d's son? How are they both the same thing? Once again, meaning no disrespect, but i just want to know!

Becca, we say "Three people, One God!" I said what I said because I didn't know how to describe it! I know what I mean but that doesn't mean everybody gets what I say!
