It's Saturday!

It's Saturday so here are some interesting words!

church: the whole body of Christian believers

faith: confidence and trust in God

holiness: the state of being holy; sanctity

morality: a system of morals

worship: honor paid to God

virtue: moral excellence, goodness, righteousness

Well since there wasn't a Sunday thingy last week I decided to use these words!

It's Friday!

It's Friday! Usually that means I'll give you a passage from a book I have but I seemed to have misplaced it! Since we were talking about The Beatitudes, I decided to explain them in more detail! The Beatitudes mark the opening of the Lord's Sermon on the Mount! The Gospel of Luke and Matthew disagree a little! Some people think the little change in words matter, do you?

If you want to see all of The Beatitudes, you can check out Wednesday's post! I'm sorry I don't have very much to say! Usually I'd write a lot but there's not much I have to say about this subject!

It's Thursday!

It's Thursday and I would like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! Before I do all the Thursday stuff, I wanted to ask you guys a question. There's been a lot of discussion about Monday's question so I was wondering if you guys are Pro-Life or Pro-Choice? Just comment to tell me what you think!

Sorry... "It's Not Wednesday!"

I'm sorry I couldn't post yesterday's post so I'll post it tonight! It's been really wild preparing for Thanksgiving so now I get to relax and post this! Tonight I'd like to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving! Today's theme is "quotes" from the Bible! Today I'd like to focus on the Beatitudes!

The Beatitudes are what Jesus describes as how the people of the Kingdom of Heaven are or will be blessed!

These are the Beatitudes:

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they who mourn, for they will be comforted.
Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the land.
Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied.
Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are the clean of heart, for they will see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.
Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are you when they insult you and persecute you and utter every kind of evil against you (falsely) because of me.
Rejoice and be glad, for your reward will be great in heaven. Thus they persecuted the prophets who were before you." Matthew 5:3-12

It's Tuesday!

It's Tuesday and you guys know what that means!!! It's Music Video Day!This video is one of my favorite! Mary and I chose this video together because we really love it! This song talks about how we are so special to be loved by God and how we should always appreciate it! All of us love God, right? So let's show it! This video is so touching! It means a lot to me to know that other people love Jesus and God as much as I do and that we have something in common!!! The song of the week is Who Am I? by Casting Crowns!
